  1. since vitamin K is mostly in vegetables and cereals do you think we are ingesting our real recommended value since everything now days is either prepared to where the nutritional value of the food is so low, that our best chances of absorbing its real nutritious value is by eating them raw?

  2. That's a very interesting point to make, Shannon. It defintely depends on your food sources and how often someone is eating certain foods with vitamin k. I think that the best way to gage your vit k intake is through the fruits and vegetables you're eating. Good question and thank you for sharing your thoughts!
